| IIS | Windows® IIS (Internet Information Services) is required to install a PremiSys system. IIS is required either on the PC/Server where PremiSys Server is installed or PremiSys IIS Components are installed if they are installed on a separate PC/Server from the PremiSys Server. In either case, IIS must be installed and enabled before PremiSys can be installed successfully. If IIS is not already installed and enabled, you need your original Windows operating-system installation CD in order to install IIS. |
| IMPORTANT | PremiSys requires Microsoft® SQL Server® and supports SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2016. The PremiSys installation includes SQL Server 2014 Express, which is a limited version of SQL Server from Microsoft. If you exceed the limitations of SQL Server 2014 Express, IDenticard® Technical Support offers paid services to assist you. When installing SQL Server 2014 Express, if the operating system is 32-bit, the 32-bit version of SQL Server is installed; if the operating system is 64-bit, the 64-bit version of SQL Server is installed. |
